Information we process
Free-Me processes account details, workspace settings, client and project records, messages, proposals, contracts, invoices, expenses, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Service providers decide what client data they enter.
Why we use it
We use information to provide requested CRM features, authenticate users, protect accounts, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Hosting, database, email, payment, and integration providers may process limited information on our behalf when their features are configured. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Free-Me.
Sharing and public links
Workspace records stay private unless an authorized user shares a public profile, proposal, contract, conversation, invitation, or payment link. Anyone with a valid bearer link may be able to view or act on that link, so share it carefully and disable it when no longer needed.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, and legal obligations. We use access controls, signed sessions, encrypted secrets, and transport security, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information, subject to applicable law and records another workspace must retain. Contact support@free-me.app.
